Summary
Michigan Medicaid is increasing initial settlement payments for nursing facilities from 70-80% to 100% for fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023, effective January 1, 2024. This change only applies to underpayment situations where additional reimbursement is due to the nursing facility.
