Michigan Medicaid providers offering Personal Care Services: By December 18, 2023, agency providers and fiscal intermediaries can begin obtaining National Provider Identifiers (NPIs) at https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov and enrolling in CHAMPS billing system. Complete enrollment before EVV system launch (date TBD). Claims submitted before enrollment approval will be rejected.
