Summary

Action Required
By April 1, 2024: Home health providers serving Michigan Medicaid Fee-for-Service patients must implement Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for codes G0151, G0152, G0153, G0156, G0299, and G0300. Choose either the free state system (HHAeXchange) or ensure alternative EVV system is compatible. Train staff to collect required data: service type, patient identity, service date/location, provider identity, and start/end times. Failure to comply will impact payment for services rendered on or after April 1, 2024.
