Summary
Michigan Medicaid now covers group prenatal care services through accredited Centering Pregnancy™ providers starting October 1, 2024. Providers can bill up to 12 group sessions per pregnant beneficiary at $45 per visit using CPT 99078 with modifier TH, in addition to individual prenatal visits.
