Summary
Wisconsin Medicaid is introducing a new email option for providers to receive Remittance and Status Report messages in PDF format. Providers can now request weekly R/S Report messages by emailing rs_message@wimedicaid.org and will receive responses within one business day.
Action Required
Optional: Wisconsin Medicaid providers may begin using the new email option by sending weekly requests to rs_message@wimedicaid.org to receive R/S Report messages in PDF format. This supplements existing web-based access and does not require any mandatory changes to current workflows.
