Summary
Wisconsin's Family Care program is expanding to Racine County (effective January 1, 2007) and Kenosha County (effective February 1, 2007). Community Care, Inc. (CCI) will serve as the care management organization for both counties, requiring providers to contract with CCI before providing Family Care services and obtain service authorizations directly from the CMO.

By February 1, 2007: Same requirement for Kenosha County providers.
