Front desk staff must verify BadgerCare Plus enrollment before every patient visit to determine Standard Plan vs. Benchmark Plan coverage. Update patient registration workflows to capture new ForwardHealth ID cards. Billing team must modify systems to handle different copayment structures for each plan type.
