Summary
ForwardHealth is implementing a new system (ForwardHealth interChange) in November 2008 that changes how Medicare crossover claims are processed for dual-eligible members. Providers must ensure their NPI, taxonomy codes, and ZIP+4 codes are properly registered with ForwardHealth, and may need to resubmit crossover claims directly if they don't appear on remittance advice within 30 days.
