Summary
Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus members are now required to obtain incontinence and urological supplies exclusively through J&B Medical Supply starting March 1, 2010. Providers will not be reimbursed for supplying these covered items to affected members after this date.
Action Required
By March 1, 2010: Stop billing for incontinence and urological supplies covered by the J&B Medical Supply contract for affected BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid fee-for-service members. Refer new members needing these supplies to J&B Medical Supply at (866) 674-5850. Sign and return prescriptions faxed by J&B Medical Supply to providers. Claims for covered supplies will not be reimbursed after March 1, 2010.
