Beginning April 2012: Billing staff and providers should register for Special Claim Processes training sessions through the ForwardHealth Portal at www.forwardhealth.wi.gov or by calling Provider Services at (800) 947-9627. New staff should complete Portal Fundamentals training first. Choose from on-site sessions, Virtual Room sessions, or view the recorded webcast at convenience.
