Summary
ForwardHealth is changing their email sender address from ProviderServices@dhfs.state.wi.us to ForwardHealth@www.ForwardHealth.wi.gov for electronic notifications including EFT notifications, subscription messages, and hospital P4P messages. Providers should add the new email address to their trusted senders list to prevent messages from being blocked.
Action Required
Immediately: Add ForwardHealth@www.ForwardHealth.wi.gov to your email system's allowed or trusted sender list to ensure receipt of ForwardHealth notifications including EFT confirmations and policy updates. IT staff should update email filters and spam settings to prevent blocking of the new sender address.
