By January 1, 2014: Billing team must verify enrollment for children in out-of-home care in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington, and Waukesha counties using ForwardHealth Portal, WiCall, or 270/271 transactions. Network providers must contact CCHP at (800) 482-8010 for coverage policies. Out-of-network providers must call Care4Kids before providing services (within 24 hours for emergency services). Bill fee-for-service for excluded services like chiropractic, pharmacy, and transportation.
