Point32Health will no longer cover 68 specific Bausch Health non-rebate medications for Tufts Health Together members effective October 15, 2025. Action Required
Before October 15, 2025: Review patient medication lists to identify those taking any of the 68 listed Bausch Health medications. For affected patients: 1) Contact Bausch Health Patient Assistance Program at 855-770-0424 for non-generic medications, 2) Work with pharmacies to transition to covered generic alternatives where available, 3) Obtain new prescriptions for generics if pharmacies cannot automatically substitute.
