Summary
Point32Health discontinued Harvard Pilgrim Stride Medicare Advantage plans as of January 1, 2025, but will continue processing claims for 365 days from date of service. All Stride member claims must be submitted by December 31, 2025, after which no claims will be accepted.
Action Required
By December 31, 2025: Billing team must submit all outstanding claims for Harvard Pilgrim Stride Medicare Advantage members (payer ID 04245). Review all Stride member services from 2025 and ensure claims are submitted before the runout deadline. Note that payer ID 04245 and mail submission PO box will be shut down as part of closeout. Refer to Billing and Reimbursement section of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Stride Medicare Advantage Provider Manual for submission guidance. Claims submitted after December 31, 2025 will not be accepted.
