Summary
Rhode Island Medicaid providers who haven't completed mandatory screening and enrollment under the 21st Century Cures Act must do so immediately to maintain participation in the Tufts Health RITogether network. Providers who fail to complete this process risk removal from the Medicaid network and loss of reimbursement.

Immediately: All Rhode Island providers treating Medicaid patients must complete RI Medicaid screening and enrollment at the RI Medicaid Healthcare Portal. Contact Rhode Island Medicaid Customer Service at 800-964-6211 if assistance is needed. Failure to complete enrollment will result in removal from the Medicaid network and loss of reimbursement for Tufts Health RITogether members.
