Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must ensure CPT code 64999 is used for any vagus nerve blocking therapy procedures instead of the deleted codes 0312T-0317T. Update billing system to flag these procedures as investigational/non-covered. Claims for these services will be denied as investigational regardless of code used.
