Summary
This is an administrative clarification from Oregon Health Authority regarding CCO 2.0 contract deliverables. The policy clarifies that Cultural Responsiveness training documentation and Annual Training/Education Reports are components of the Health Equity Plan (due June 30, 2020), not standalone deliverables. OHA will provide guidance by March 11, 2020 to clarify submission requirements and relationships between plan components.

This is an administrative clarification for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) regarding contract compliance and reporting deliverables to the Oregon Health Authority. Billing teams should not implement workflow changes based on this communication.
