Summary
Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has changed the Delivery System Network (DSN) reporting requirement from quarterly to annual submission for the DSN narrative report. Quarterly capacity reports remain due 30 days after each calendar quarter (4/30, 7/30, 10/30, 1/30), but the annual narrative report is now due only once per year by July 30 instead of four times yearly.
Action Required
By July 30 annually: Administrative and compliance staff must update internal DSN reporting schedules and calendar reminders to reflect the change from quarterly to annual narrative report submissions. Remove three quarterly narrative report deadlines (Q1, Q2, Q3) from tracking systems and retain only the annual July 30 deadline. Continue submitting quarterly capacity reports on the existing schedule (4/30, 7/30, 10/30, 1/30). Submit all DSN deliverables to CCO.MCODeliverableReports@dhsoha.state.or.us. This change applies only to Oregon Health Authority CCO contracts; failure to comply may result in contract compliance issues.
