However, billing teams should be aware: (1) By June 30, 2020: Billing/Finance staff should prepare Quarterly Financial Statements with extended due date (previously May 31); (2) By May 31, 2020: Exhibit L Financial Reports remain due on original date—no extension—ensure timely submission to prevent rate-setting delays; (3) By June 30, 2020: Third-party liability and amounts recovered reports shifted to extended deadlines; (4) Coordinate with Compliance/Operations teams on waived deliverables (Annual Pharmacy Expense Report, Community Health Improvement Plan Progress Report) to confirm no billing reconciliation is needed. No immediate workflow changes required for clinical billing unless your practice bills encounter data for risk corridor settlements (ABA, Hep C, Cover All Kids)—those encounter data remain due April 30, 2020 (no change).
