Summary
The Oregon Health Authority has waived enrollment limit requirements for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) under the Oregon Health Plan for Contract Year 2020, effective October 1, 2019. This temporary waiver allows CCOs to exceed their contracted county and total enrollment caps in response to COVID-19 emergency conditions. The waiver does not eliminate other enrollment-related contract requirements and will be monitored by OHA.
