Summary
Oregon Health Authority is updating guidance materials for CCO-LTSS Memorandums of Understanding and waiving a 2020 deliverable requirement. New MOUs based on updated materials must be submitted by January 15, 2021.
Action Required
By January 15, 2021: Coordinated Care Organizations must submit new MOUs based on updated guidance materials (available October 2020) for Long Term Services and Supports partnerships with APD and AAA. Coordinate termination of existing MOU with effective date of new MOU to avoid gaps.
