Summary
Oregon Health Authority transitioned Personal Care Attendant (PCA) service coordination from behavioral health case managers to Comagine Health, effective July 1, 2020 for new referrals and November 1, 2020 for annual redeterminations. Providers must now refer PCA requests for behavioral health disabilities or chronic conditions to Comagine Health instead of behavioral health case managers.

Front desk and care coordination staff must use new contact information available on the Comagine Health website. For annual PCA redeterminations due after November 1, 2020, coordinate with Comagine Health rather than handling internally.
