Oregon Health Authority will automatically reprocess all outpatient Medicaid claims from January 1-March 31, 2020 on October 30, 2020 to apply updated APC pricing. Providers will see adjustment codes on remittance but no action is required.

No action required. This is an automatic system reprocessing by Oregon Health Authority. Billing team should be aware that claims from Q1 2020 may appear on remittance advice with adjustment codes 8008 or 16, which is normal and expected.
