Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must collaborate with Comagine Health for all 1915(i) HCBS authorizations. Complete MMIS Prior Authorization requests with required clinical documentation per OARs 410-172-0650 and 410-172-0720. Submit additional documentation using original Prior Authorization numbers to avoid duplicate processing. Contact Comagine Health at 1-888-416-3184 for forms and documentation questions. Failure to comply may delay authorizations and payments.
