Oregon Health Authority requires Coordinated Care Organizations to submit their Preferred Drug Lists and Prior Authorization criteria in both PDF and searchable formats (Word/Excel) by January 15, 2021, and within 5 business days of any changes. This is a contract requirement for CCO 2.0 contracts effective January 1, 2021.
