Summary

Oregon Health Authority now allows stretcher vans to provide non-emergency medical transportation services that would normally require ambulances during COVID-19, unless the provider determines ambulance service is medically necessary. This applies to Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members and helps preserve ambulances for emergency 911 calls.
