Summary
Oregon Health Plan allows NEMT drivers with expired licenses or vehicle registrations (expired Nov 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021) to continue serving OHP members for up to 3 months while awaiting DMV appointments. CCOs and NEMT providers must document these drivers and ensure renewal before the grace period expires.
