Summary
Oregon Health Authority requires Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to complete the annual Drug Utilization Review survey from CMS for federal fiscal year 2020. CCOs must designate contact persons by March 25, 2021, and submit completed surveys by June 1, 2021.

By March 25, 2021, 5 PM PDT: CCOs must identify primary contact persons for DUR survey communications and provide names/email addresses to CCO.MCODeliverableReports@dhsoha.state.or.us. By June 1, 2021: Complete and submit final DUR survey to OHA. Review draft survey and prepare for timely submission.
