Summary
The Oregon Health Authority has extended the due date for resubmission of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse deliverables from May 17, 2021 to June 14, 2021. This affects Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) and Dental Care Organizations (DCOs) that need to resubmit specific FWA reports and plans based on evaluation results from April 16, 2021.

By June 14, 2021: CCOs and DCOs that received evaluation results from OHA on April 16, 2021 must resubmit required Fraud, Waste, and Abuse deliverables including 2021 FWA Prevention Handbook, 2021 FWA Prevention Plan, and various 2020 FWA reports.
