Summary
Oregon Medicaid will reimburse Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) for mileage and time spent transporting behavioral health clients to COVID-19 vaccination appointments, effective retroactively to December 14, 2020. PCAs must complete a tracking sheet and provide documentation including driver's license and insurance proof for reimbursement.
Action Required
Immediately: PCAs providing behavioral health services should complete the PCA COVID-19 Vaccination Travel Tracking Sheet for any transportation to COVID-19 vaccination sites since December 14, 2020. Submit completed forms with driver's license copy and auto insurance proof via secure email (PC.20@dhsoha.state.or.us), fax (503-945-5751), or mail to AMH Prov Pay. Both PCA and client signatures required on tracking sheet.
