Immediately for Oregon providers: When administering COVID-19 vaccines in patients' homes for Oregon Health Plan members, bill procedure code M0201 in conjunction with the vaccine administration code. Use place of service codes 04, 12, 13, 14, or 16 as appropriate. Document the member's clinical status or barriers to accessing vaccines outside the home. Adjust previously submitted claims from June 8, 2021 forward to add the $35.50 in-home fee.
