Summary
Oregon Health Authority extended the due date for Care Coordination activities reports from 45 to 60 days after the end of each reporting period. Q2 and Q3 reports are now due August 29 and November 29 instead of August 14 and November 14.
Action Required
By August 29, 2021: Oregon CCOs must submit Q2 Care Coordination activities reports (previously due August 14). By November 29, 2021: Submit Q3 reports (previously due November 14). Include feedback on report template with Q2 submission to help OHA revise forms for 2022.
