Starting October 1, 2021: Eligible Oregon providers must document compliance with minimum wage requirements ($15/hour for HCBS caregivers, $17/hour for nursing facility CNAs) and submit written staff communication referencing the legislative wage add-on to receive enhanced Medicaid reimbursement rates.
