Oregon Health Plan will cover COVID-19 home testing kits through pharmacy point-of-sale for fee-for-service OHP and CAWEM members starting November 8, 2021. Up to 4 tests per month are covered without prior authorization for symptomatic patients or those with confirmed/suspected exposure.
