Summary
Effective April 1, 2022, Oregon CCOs must reimburse Child Abuse Intervention Centers for consultation and record review services in addition to existing forensic interview and medical assessment services for Oregon Health Plan members. This expands reimbursable services under House Bill 2234 requirements.
