Summary
Oregon Medicaid is increasing reimbursement rates for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. CPT codes 97153 and 97155 will be reimbursed at $55 per hour or $13.75 per 15-minute unit through a State Plan Amendment.
Action Required
By February 21, 2022: Providers may submit written comments to jesse.anderson@dhsoha.state.or.us by 5 p.m. Once the SPA is approved by CMS, billing team should update fee schedules for Oregon Medicaid to reflect new rates of $13.75 per 15-minute unit for CPT 97153 and 97155.
