Oregon Health Authority has extended the due date for Dental Care Organizations to submit their 2022 Third Party Liability Recovery Policies and Procedures from March 31, 2022 to June 30, 2022. This administrative deadline extension provides DCOs with additional time to comply with contract requirements.

By June 30, 2022: Dental Care Organizations must submit Third Party Liability Recovery Policies and Procedures or Attestation as required by Contract Ex. B, Part 8, Sec. 12, Para. g (1).
