Oregon Health Authority is proposing to add home-based Behavior Rehabilitation Services (BRS) to Medicaid coverage with a new per-service payment method and updated staffing requirements. This is currently in public comment phase, not yet implemented.

By July 15, 2022: If your practice provides behavioral rehabilitation services and wants to influence this policy, submit written comments to jesse.anderson@dhsoha.state.or.us by 5 p.m. Monitor for final implementation to prepare for new home-based BRS billing procedures.
