Summary
Oregon is launching two new state-funded dental programs effective January 1, 2023: Veterans Dental Program for lower-income veterans and COFA Dental Program for citizens of Compact of Free Association nations. Both programs will be administered through CCOs under new non-Medicaid managed care contracts.
