Summary
Oregon Health Authority has completed rate increases for adult mental health residential Plans of Care effective July 1, 2022. Providers can now bill and adjust claims for services rendered from July 1-December 31, 2022 at the increased rates.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team should review Plans of Care to ensure rates are accurate, bill for any unbilled services provided July 1-December 31, 2022, and adjust previously submitted claims using MMIS Provider Portal or OHP 1036 form. Portal adjustments process within one week, form adjustments may take up to four weeks.
