Summary
Oregon Health Authority is expanding Fidelity Wraparound services to fee-for-service Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members, adding new procedure code H2021 for care coordination at $27.32 per 15-minute unit. Behavioral health providers can now bill for these services retroactive to November 30, 2022.

Immediately: Behavioral health providers interested in offering Fidelity Wraparound should contact orwrap@pdx.edu to begin certification process. Existing approved providers can begin billing code H2021 at $27.32 per 15 minutes for services provided on or after November 30, 2022, using the MMIS Provider Portal. Update billing systems to include H2021 in conjunction with T1016 and H0038 codes. Add GT modifier for telehealth services following Oregon Medicaid telehealth policy.
