Notice of intent – OHA proposes to amend the Medicaid State Plan to expand the number of providers eligible for hemophilia treatment reimbursement - Comments due March 24, 2023

Oregon is proposing to expand hemophilia treatment reimbursement beyond a single provider to multiple qualified providers. The state will establish care standards, allow qualifying providers to enroll as hemophilia treatment centers, and set reimbursement rates for both treatment centers and pharmacies.
