Immediately: Birth doula providers must submit any unbilled claims for services provided on or after July 1, 2022, and adjust previously submitted claims in the MMIS Provider Portal at https://www.or-medicaid.gov by searching for claims by ICN and changing the billed amount to the new rates. Ensure U9 modifier is included on all claims or they will not process.
