Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: Electrology providers must document in medical records when a trainee completed the work and specify the supervisor. When billing OHA directly, list the supervisor as the rendering provider. For CCO claims, contact the member's CCO for specific billing requirements. Update documentation templates to include trainee supervision details.
