Summary
Oregon Health Authority is increasing Medicaid reimbursement rates for 1915(k) community-based care services, including 15% increases for APD services and 2.70-3.72% increases for ODDS services, effective July 1, 2023. The temporary rate increase from 22-0023 will be eliminated on June 30, 2023.
Action Required
By July 1, 2023: Billing team must update reimbursement rate expectations for Oregon Medicaid 1915(k) community-based care services. Update billing system with new rates: 15% increase for APD in-home care and adult day services, and 2.70-3.72% increases for ODDS attendant care services. Ensure claims are processed with correct rate expectations for services provided on or after July 1, 2023.
