Summary
Texas Medicaid providers must transition to a new TMHP IAMOnline login system with multi-factor authentication by August 3, 2026. Providers need to activate their accounts within 7 days of receiving activation emails (June 8 or June 15) to access Custom Reports, Medicaid Client Portal, Document Uploads, Provider Message Dashboard, and My Account applications.

By June 15, 2026: All Texas Medicaid providers must activate TMHP IAMOnline accounts within 7 days of receiving activation emails (sent June 8 or June 15). Set up password and register for multi-factor authentication. Download Okta Verify or Google Authenticator app for MFA. Failure to activate will require calling EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638 to resend emails. Starting August 3, 2026: Use new login process to access Custom Reports, Medicaid Client Portal, Document Uploads, Provider Message Dashboard, and My Account applications.
