Oregon Health Authority has extended the deadline for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit their 2024 Third Party Liability recovery policies and procedures from January 31, 2024 to February 29, 2024. This administrative change provides CCOs an additional month to comply with their contract deliverable requirements.
