Notice of intent – OHA will amend Medicaid State Plan to add a rate paid to detoxification/sobering facilities

Oregon Health Authority is proposing to allow detoxification/sobering facilities to bill Medicaid for take-home naloxone supplies using HCPCS code G1028 at $127.69 per 2-pack. This implements a requirement from Senate Bill 1043 that these facilities must provide naloxone upon discharge but previously had no billing mechanism.
