Summary
Oregon Health Authority is pausing all behavioral health claim adjustments starting March 25, 2024, to automatically reprocess claims with service dates from October 1, 2023 onward to apply a 3.4% rate increase. Providers must stop adjusting behavioral health claims until OHA completes reprocessing by April 15, 2024.
Action Required
Immediately through April 15, 2024: Billing team must stop all adjustment activity on behavioral health claims with dates of service on or after October 1, 2023. Do not submit any claim adjustments for behavioral health services until OHA notifies that reprocessing is complete. Monitor OHA communications for when claim adjustment activity can resume.
