Summary
Oregon Health Authority waived the requirement for Coordinated Care Organizations to publicly post their SHARE Initiative Spending Plan partner agreements for 2023. CCOs must still provide these agreements to OHA upon request, and the 2024 template no longer requires partner agreement submissions.
